Welcome to Cathartic Massage. By booking a session or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, professional, and healing environment for all clients.

1. Clinical Scope of Practice

Cathartic Massage, led by Nathalie Koffler (FL License: 96696), provides therapeutic massage, reflexology, and lymphatic drainage. We do not diagnose or treat medical diseases. Our services are designed to facilitate recovery and wellness. Clients are encouraged to consult a physician for any specific medical concerns.

2. Booking & Cancellation Policy

• 24-Hour Notice: We value your time and ours. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.
• No-Shows: Failure to arrive for an appointment without notice will result in a charge for the full amount of the scheduled service.

3. Late Arrivals

Your session will begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid interrupting the next client’s recovery window, while the full service fee will still apply.

4. Medical Disclosure & Safety

For your safety, you must disclose all known health conditions, allergies, and recent surgeries during the intake process. Cathartic Massage reserves the right to refuse service if a condition is present that makes massage therapy unsafe (contraindications).

5. Professional Conduct

Cathartic Massage maintains a strictly therapeutic and professional environment. Any illicit or suggestive remarks or advances will result in the immediate termination of the session, and the client will be liable for the full payment. In such cases, the client will be permanently banned from the sanctuary.

6. Concierge (In-Home) Services

For house and hotel calls, the client is responsible for providing a clean, safe, and smoke-free environment for the therapist. Additional travel fees apply based on location within the Miami and Bay Harbor regions.

7. Pricing & Payments

Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of service unless pre-paid through our booking portal. We accept all major credit cards and digital payments.

8. Privacy & Data
