01 — Preparation

Wear comfortable clothing. You will undress to your comfort level and be professionally draped with a sheet at all times.

A light snack is fine, but avoid heavy meals 1-2 hours before. Deep work is more comfortable on an empty stomach.

A warm shower helps relax your muscles before we begin, but it isn't mandatory. We provide a clean, clinical environment.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in and complete any remaining digital intake details.

02 — The Session

We work into the deep layers of muscle and fascia. The pressure is firm but always adjusted to your body's tolerance.

It’s your time. If talking helps you relax, feel free. If you prefer quiet to focus on your breathing, we honor that.

Nathalie will assess any injuries during the first 5 minutes. We work carefully around sensitive areas to promote healing.

Swedish is for relaxation and surface blood flow. Deep Tissue is for fixing pain and loosening tight connective tissue.

03 — Recovery & Logistics

Deep work releases metabolic waste from your muscles. Drinking water helps your system flush these out quickly.

Yes. It’s often called "good soreness," similar to a workout. It usually fades within 24-48 hours, leaving you feel lighter.

Street parking is available on Kane Concourse, and there is a public garage just a short walk from our suite.
