The Structural Flow

The Soften

Nathalie begins by massaging the muscles we plan to stretch. By "softening" the tissue first, your nervous system relaxes, allowing for a much deeper and safer stretch than you could ever do on your own.

The Lengthen

Nathalie will move your limbs through specific ranges. You might be asked to "push" gently against her hand and then relax. This "tricks" your muscles into letting go of deep-seated tension.

The Balance

We finish by checking your alignment. We ensure both sides of your body feel equal, your joints feel "oiled," and you can stand up feeling taller and more centered than when you walked in.
