Nathalie has been a certified Personal Trainer since 1997, her experience also includes years of being a Military Fitness Instructor, Martial Art Instructor. Due to her extensive experience in sports, Nathalie has owned a gym and two dance studios where she also led one on one personal training sessions, as well as group classes.
Here career took off when she moved to the US in 1995 when she was featured in multiple influential media sources like Time Out Magazine, NY Times, Vogue, Elle, and the New York Post for introducing Krav Maga style kickboxing and Belly Dance for fitness to the gyms of New York City.
